Whether you’re wanting to prepare your property for market or you’re a developer who renovates properties Wallace and Lennox Interiors can help style and finish each individual property in its own unique way.
By getting us in to prepare your property, before it goes on sale, we aim to generate as much positive return for you as possible, making your property more sellable and attractive to buyers. A property that is staged rather than un-staged increases the number of viewings and according to the HSA Property Staging Report 2022, estate agents claim a staged property will increase the offer value by 1-15% more than an un-staged property.
This service is designed for empty or lived in properties, show homes, holiday homes or rentals. There are different options we could use in the way of hiring all the furniture and accessories to fill an empty property, using existing furniture and accessories from a lived-in property and re-designing the layout, using some of the existing furniture and accessories and combining them with some hired items, purchasing part or all new items (this would mainly benefit holiday homes or furnished rentals), or we might be able to achieve our goal by de-cluttering and having a good tidy up. We have inhouse painter and decorator in case there are any areas within your property that may be in need of a fresh coat of paint before it goes to market.
We would start with an initial no obligation 20 minute discovery call via Zoom or just on the phone to learn more about your situation and what would be right for you moving forward.
Prior to our call it would be time effective if I have more information to hand about your project. Before our discovery call, please could you fill out the questionnaire to give more information for the meeting.

This is the first step you take to your potential creative design dream. Fill in the short client questionnaire below and click send. As soon as we receive it we will be in touch to book your no obligation 20 minute discovery call.

Discovery Call
This free no obligation 20 minute discovery call via Zoom or on the phone is where we can find out a bit more about you and your project that you have in mind.

1 - 2 Hour Consultation
This 1-2 hour paid consultation is where we get more in-depth and take a full brief, explore the scope of your project and review the budget and time frame. Depending on your location this will ideally be at the project site or via Zoom.

Site Evaluation
A site evaluation isn’t always required at this stage but if the 1-2 hour consultation is carried out at the project site a site evaluation can be completed during that stage.

Written Report
After all the information is gathered from the consultation we will provide you with a written report summarising the design brief, project deliverables, timescales, the services that are required and the fee proposal.

Engage
This is the final stage before the fun creative design process starts. If you are happy to engage Wallace and Lennox Interiors for your special design project then we will send you a letter of acceptance and a design agreement which in turn you sign and send back. Then we can get started
